Eileen Akers Obituary
She is survived by her husband of over 38 years, Dennis; parents, Edward and Ellen Coleman; children and spouses, Benjamin and Heather, Sarah, Matthew and Jan, Zachary, Mary and Thomas Hambleton, and Jacob; siblings, Elizabeth McSherry, Edward Coleman, Jr., Gerard Coleman, Joseph Coleman, Jeanette Jankovits, and Christopher Coleman; and, seven beautiful grand-children, Helena, Isabel, Gabriel, Josephine, Catherine, Matthew and Jane.
The viewing will be held on Tuesday, March 15th, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church, 13752 Mary's Way, Woodbridge. Prayers will be offered in the Church during this time. The Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for Wednesday, March 16th, at 12 p.m. at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church. Internment will follow at Fairfax Memorial Park, 9900 Braddock Road, Fairfax.
Donations may be made in her honor to Seton School, 9314 Maple Avenue, Manassas, Virginia 20110. Eileen will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She will be remembered for her ready smile, joyful spirit, and cheerful acceptance of God's Will.

Eileen was an amazing woman!
Eileen for the many prayers you offered for me in my situations, I thank you.
Eileen was a quiet friend and lovely lady, always with a smile and warm greeting. You are my hero, and I look to you and your spiritual strength as a guide.
It is a month since, and I am just hearing of Eileen;s passing.
Dennis and family our hearts and prayers are with you now and always. You and Eileen made an amazing example of Christian marriage.
