Elaine KRAMER Obituary
Stuart met Elaine in 7th Grade Home Room, and they remained close friends throughout their years at Clifton High School. After gaining her high school diploma Elaine went on her own path and received her associate degree from Castleton State College and her bachelor's degree in psychology from Montclair State University. Her degree in psychology was well practiced in our Long Valley kitchen, where she was a friend and mom to anyone that walked into the door with a freshly prepared meal.
After eleven years fate brought Stuart and Elaine together again, dancing to Nat King Cole's Unforgettable as their wedding song, the two never separated. Together their lives were filled with kids, skiing, golfing, game nights with the neighbors, holidays, family vacations, shopping, walks by Lockwood Gorge, and traveling to find the best food. She loved to cook family dinners while dancing to the sound of the Grateful Dead, running through Disney World with her kids, and a nice spa day here and there. There will always be a glass of Chardonnay on the table, and an extra Rutt's Hut Ripper, fries with gravy, side of pickles and a shanahan ordered, in an everlasting cheers to an amazing life lived.
My beautiful soulmate is at peace now and forever. My love affair with her will never end. Her loving family wants her to be remembered with love for her fun, whimsy, and happy personality.
Services will be held at the TPC Prestancia located at 4409 Tournament Players Club Dr, Sarasota, FL 34238 on Saturday, June 1st from 3:00-7:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, we instead ask for donations to be made to any Mental Illness Outreach Charity of your choosing in her name.

There are no words to explain the emotion I experienced when i learned of your loss
Yet what i can say is that she would want you all to go on with strength and class and live your lives to the best of your abilities all while getting beyond this difficult time.
May Elaine be safe on her next journey and know that she wishes you the same in your lifetime
Perhaps when you look up to the sky and see the brightest star youll realize that she is still there shining down upon you

I do not know Elaine and Stuart well. We met a few years ago and live in the same community in Palmer Ranch. What I did know of Elaine was that she was a delicate, sweet, caring, loving woman, who cared deeply for those she knew and loved. I wish I knew her better, because what I did know about her always warmed my heart when I saw her......she was a special woman who exuded love and caring for everyone. Dear Stu, Samantha and Sydney, We have so many wonderful memories with Elaine it will be hard to capture them all here but in a nutshell she has ALWAYS been kind, generous and full of wisdom. Since she was always ahead on the marriage and parenting journey, we looked to her for insights and support and she was always there for us. Gabrielle was remembering how Elaine would drive to our house an hour away to drop off hand-me-downs. Gab's fashion style increased significantly as a result of Elaine's generosity. I will always remember the joy she felt when she gave Gideon and I the menorah from a Jaffe relative. We have used it every chanukah and it is so special to us. We think of Elaine every time we use it. Hudson had many conversations on the U with Stu and Elaine, who helped him develop his love and passion for the U. It has also been so fun to share Sarasota with Elaine and Stu these past couple years. We remember so much laughing at the Ruth's Chris Christmas Day dinners that we were so lucky to have with both of you. Dear Stu, Samantha and Sydney, It is with a heavy heart that I offer my condolences. As there are so many young memories of Elaine from our very beginning. Elaine loved to watch "Dark Shadows" and day trips to Rickabear Lake with aunt Nell and Uncle Gene, he always endearingly called her his Pal. Trips to Seacrest where she would try to get me to go on the "Zipper" ride at the boardwalk. I remember her spark and determination at a young age that she carried well into her college years. Then recalling her joy and happiness with Stu at the Wedding. And as we raised our children at the same point in our lives, it was clear that her family meant everything to her. Fondly recalling our visits with our families together with Grandmothers. And so many more fond quirkie memories that young children share growing up. So in memory of Elaine, I offer my "OX's", as that is always how we always concluded our conversations. Rest in Peace Dear Cousin. I'm grateful for our time together. XO's.

Georgene and I are heartbroken. The last time we saw you all was at our Westfall Winery in NJ. It was a great reunion. Samantha and Sydney were having so much fun playing in the barn theater, dancing , petting the animals etc. Stu had a great Dead set going and of course Elaine brought up her famous Salsa to accompany the wines! A beautiful afternoon indeed. We will miss Elaine very much, and she will live on through Samantha and Sydney. We have so many great memories of Elaine and will always treasure those fabulous times.

Stu, i gasped when i heard. I remember seeing you at our HS reunion and seeing the love you shared was so deep. What a great couple.
