I remember her as a small boy growing up in Wildwood in the early 70's. What a great lady. It's a loss for the entire community.

I could write a whole book of memories I was blessed to have with my Nana. I learned many things from her, how to love your family, how to help others, how to cherish and enjoy the little things because they add up to the big things. I feel so very thankful for her large presence in my life. For being able to look around my home and see her in many ways there with me. Thankful for the stories I now get to share with my children that make me smile, laugh, and bring tears to my eyes. Thankful for the family traditions that I get to pass on to my children.
Nana Thank you for always buying me books for Christmas, for always letting me help walk the dogs, letting me help you with your puzzles, never saying no to coffee ice cream requests in our robes, teaching me how to set a table, letting me help you in the kitchen, hot tub nights, for always finding a reason to celebrate, and about 100 other things. You are one of a kind and I'm so glad you are my Nana.
Here are a few photos I currently have on this computer, my children didn't get to know her personally like I would have loved, but they know her through me and always will.

I always remember the Marchessault house being busy and full of laughter. Elaine´s many children had friends coming and going at all hours. She was a good sport, putting up with the teasing, joking and shenanigans of her boisterous crew. She had a great sense of humor and was quick to laugh. I loved hanging out at the Marchessault´s. Elaine was a hard working mom who set an excellent example for her kids. She will be missed.

She was a wonderful lady. She will never be forgotten. Glad I was able to help care for her.
