TO THE MOORE FAMILY. I WORKED WITH ELAINE AT ERIEVIEW PLAZA FOR ABOUT EIGHT YEARS. I AM SORRY TO HEAR OF HER PASSING. ELAINE WAS ONE OF THE MOST CARING AND NICEST PERSON I EVER MET. YOU COULD TALK TO HER ABOUT EVERYTHING. SHE ALWAYS WOULD TELL ALL OF US THAT SHE COULD HAVE BEEN OUR MOTHERS. SHE SET AN EXAMPLE FOR ALL OF US BY THE WAY SHE CARRIED HERSELF AS A LADY. HER DEMEANOR AND DRESS WAS ALWAYS WELL PUT TOGETHER. EVERYTIME I MAKE MY BANNANA SPLIT CAKE, I THINK OF HER. I WAS NOT ONE TO EAT BANNANAS,BUT SHE INSISTED I TRY A PIECE OF HER CAKE. FROM THAT MOMENT ON I WAS HOOKED.I BEGGED HER FOR THE RECEIPE FOR YEARS. SHE GAVE ME THE RECEIPE ON HER RETIREMENT DAY. HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE HAVE ENJOYED THAT CKE BECAUSE OF ELAINE. I KNOW SHE WILL MAKE THAT CAKE IN HEAVEN. GOD BLESS YOU ALL AND I WILL KEEP YOUR FAMILY IN MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
