Dear Family, One thing about your wife, mother and grandmother that I will always remember is that she always treated everyone as an equal...no matter if she had just met someone or knew them for years. My heart is not empty but full of Elaine memories .

A truely neat lady, clever wit, and generally good creature of God. She will be missed.

Elaine was like a second mother to me. She and Bill were there for me after graduation from college when I moved from Kansas to Texas. I was welcomed into their home while I looked for a job and an apartment in Dallas. They painted my furniture, fed me, and cheered me on as if I were a daughter. I have never forgotten it. I was fortunate to share a wonderful lunch with Carol and Elaine only a month ago. It was such a pleasure to reconnect after many years. Elaine's humor, warmth, and unconditional love of her family, as well as her kindness to others are something I will always remember.

Without a doubt, Elaine was God's Saint placed in our presence as a gift from the Almighty. I never heard Elaine speak ill of anyone. She was a true friend and a witness of God's grace and great love. As will so many others, I will miss Elaine. Yet, I consider myself blessed and my life richer for having know Elaine, been loved by her and having the great gift of calling her my friend and she calling me her friend. God bless you Elaine, I look forward to meeting up with you in Paradise in the presence of God Himself.

Elaine was my "second mom" as I grew up. Craig is my best friend and Carol is my sister's best friend. Elaine and Bill and my mom and dad were likewise. I cannot say enough about the influence Bill and Elaine have had on my life, and on my wife, Vicki's, since she has known them. Godspeed, Elaine. We WILL all have eternity together. Bill, Craig, and Carol, we love you very much and you are in our prayers.
