ELEANOR CROSS Obituary
Age 81 years old, of Adena, OH, formerly of Clearfield, PA died Wednesday, April 5, 2017. She was born August 14, 1935, in Carnegie, daughter of the late Peter Francis and Eleanor Mae Rothwell Houy. Surviving are her husband, Laurence Leslie Cross of Adena, OH; two sons, Larry, and Leslie Cross; daughter, Penny Lynn (Travis) Warren; also survived by, two sisters, Patty Lou (Dave) McCartney, South Fayette, Janet Keener, West Alexander; and brother, Walter "Butch" Houy, Carnegie; 13 grandchildren; 19 great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by sister, Cleone Massella; brother, Paul Houy; and a grandson in infancy, Dwayne Zambelli. Friends will be received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Monday, April 10, 2017, at the COLEMAN - TAYLOR FUNERAL SERVICES, 3378 Millers Run Road (Rt. 50), Cecil, PA, where services will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Beverly Blair, officiating. There is this song I like to listen dance and sing to that makes me think of you as if you are right next to me. It’s call DANCING IN THE SKY I miss you so much please keep over Jourdyn as she is going through trying times and her faith is low, but I know she believes in you she misses you terribly. I love you grandma and can’t wait to see you again.

You are so amazing grandma. Not only my grandma a second mother a friend a beautiful person all around. I love you and miss you deeply. I know you're happy smiling and healed. I have been truly blessed to have had the opportunity to spend the time that I have with you from the farm, to the playground with the girls, lunches, shopping and just hanging out talking.
