One of our hugs.

My deepest prayers and sympathies are for the family left behind.
I have loved Auntie for more than half a century. My fondest memory was our tea parties. Auntie would give me a glass tea cup with plenty of cream and sugar to make it extra sweet. It seemed so formal. I was a youngster with a hot glass beverage. Usually our tea parties where only with Auntie, Grandma and me. They would seem to talk for hours over the bottomless tea cup. I owe my love for tea to these parties.
Recently, I reminded Auntie of her tiny tisk tisk noise that she made while she gently moved her head from side to side almost in a figure 8 formation. This habit seemed to be reserved for when something was unbelievable. She was unaware of this habit that I had grown to love and even found myself doing on a rare occasion.
My husband, daughter and I will miss our annual Mother's Day visit to Brookfield Zoo that always ended at your house. You always opened the door with such happiness to see us. Our smiles and hugs lasted extra long and saying good-bye was not easy.
This weekend we will say our last earthly good-bye until we meet again. I think I will have a nice cup of tea in a glass teacup.
I love you so much Auntie and will find peace and comfort in your everlasting eternity.
