Eleanore Harrington

ELEANORE HARRINGTON Born May 19, 1920 to Ella and Benjamin W. Green, she passed away peacefully May 7, 2006 in Sacramento. A longtime resident of Hayward, Eleanore worked for the U.S. Navy as a civilian employee. She retired in 1981. Loving sister to Margie Sinkevich and Barbara Green and brothers, Ben Green and Bob Green. Beloved aunt to her 6 nieces and nephews. Eleanore was a very giving person and lived her life with enthusiasm. Whether rooting for the Oakland A's and Raiders or bowling with St. Clement's League or traveling the world, El had a great time. We will miss her joyful, happy, energetic, attitude very much. Visiting hours will be held at Machado's Hillside Chapel, 1051 Harder Rd., Hayward on Thursday, May 11, 2006 from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m. with a vigil service at 7:00 p.m. On Friday a funeral mass will be held at St. Clement Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. A committal service will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
