Eleanore Sterling Obituary
Eleanore dedicated her professional life to education serving as a middle school teacher in the Baltimore County schools. She also volunteered as a tutor with the Sisters of the Good Shepherd. Her commitment to education has left a lasting impression on generations.
Beyond the classroom, Eleanore found great joy in raising her favorite breed English Springer Spaniels. Over the years, she trained four spaniels in both agility and obedience.
Adventures for Eleanor included world travels with her mother Marie. They crossed the Atlantic on two separate cruises to Europe, they also traveled to the Orient and Eastern Asia. Eleanore held an international drivers license.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, Elmer and Marie Sterling.
A funeral mass will be held on October 11, 2025 from 10 AM
to 11 AM at St John The Evangelist Roman Catholic Church
689 Ritchie Highway, Severna Park Maryland.
Interment will be private alongside her parents and the Sterling grandparents in Baltimore.
