Eli, words can not never replace your love, your smile.. You will always be missed. You have always showed Gods plan for your life. Even though your were with us just a short time. You, made such of an impact on all you touched. Our daughter, has been in heaven 45 years, if you get lonesome, just look her up.. she will show were every thing is. Her name is Janie Sue Hickman, Now Benae and I have two guardian Angels. Watch over Sarah. Please come to her to let her know you are okay.. We love and miss you.

John David, my prayers are with Eli, you, Sarah, your Mom, and everyone in your and Eli's lives. May God bring you comfort and soothing memories of your precious son.

Eli was a precious gift to everyone who knew him. We are so honored to have had that privilege. Benae, Mike,and Sarah we love you and will continue to pray for your family.

I have the honor of being Eli's pastor, and the pastor of his parents and grandparents. Eli was full of life and loved living it! His last words to me, less than 2 weeks ago were "life is good"! Well, buddy, indeed you are now living THE good life! We miss you here, but look forward to seeing you there!

Benae, Mike, and Sarah, I'm so sorry for your loss. There are no words that can bring true comfort at a time like this. I pray the Holy Spirit will comfort and carry you all as you grieve the tragic loss of Eli. Your family will continually be in my prayers.

I had the pleasure of being Eli's teacher for theatre in junior high. He was also active in our Christian group there and would lead Bible studies. Eli had a great heart, beautiful personality and could command an audience. I told him that He needed to be a preacher. I will always remember that deep voice and beautiful smile. I'm praying for the family as I can't begin to imagine the hurt. He was a very special young man.

Please know you are in our hearts and prayers! Your family is precious to ours. Our heart strings are aching for you all! We love you!

Eli benson was a good person,no matter what he would always be smiling happy sad angry etc. the first time I meet Eli last year at band camp always would talk to him and sometimes I'd run into him in town and see how he is doing,ask him how's the band. He's a funny kid,very polite,kindness just lead from his heart. I have been praying for y'all for the past few days!!! I really cared about Eli and as soon as I found out I was devistated and I could not believe what I have heard.
I will keep y'all in my prayers.
