Elizabeth Lewis Heitzenrater Botsko Elizabeth Lewis Heitzenrater Botsko, 85, of 153 East 6th Street, formerly of 2223 Peach Street, died Sunday, April 24, 2005, at the Village at Luther Square. She was born September 24, 1919 in Sprankle Mills, Pa., the daughter of the late Samuel W. and Elsie E. Smith Botsko. A long time resident of the Erie area, Mrs. Botsko was a member of Glenwood United Methodist Church and knitted for the retired senior volunteer program. She was preceded in death by her first husband Charles Heitzenrater, second husband Steve Botsko, son, Roy Heitzenrater, daughter, Ora E. Stroup, two brothers, Elmer and Allen Lewis and sister, Beulah Maday. She is survived by one son Edward R. Heitzenrater and his wife Betty of Erie, nine grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Scott Funeral Home, 21st and Myrtle Streets, Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited to funeral services Wednesday 1:00 p.m., at Glenwood United Methodist Church, 2931 Myrtle Street. The Rev J. Patrick Lenox will officiate. Burial will be in Erie County Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to Glenwood United Methodist Church, 2931 Myrtle St., Erie, PA 16508.
