It was a pleasure and an honor to have known Betty McCrary and her late husband. She had so many friends who will hold fond memories of her. The 20 plus years she served as Director of Volunteers at Rex Hospital where she served others are memorable. Alzheimers took its toll, but she will be remembered for her life before she encountered that terrible disease.

I am very sorry for your loss. I worked for Betty at Rex Hospital. She was a hard worker and loved her work. She dearly loved her family. I remember she wrote letters for Santa Claus. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
With sympathy,

Charles, I never had the pleasure of meeting your Mother. However, I have always been impressed with you and your kindnesses in ALL situations. I am sure she was a great person to pass on those attributes.
