So hard to believe it has been ten years since your passing. So enjoyed you as my teacher, mentor and most of all “friend”. You are always in my heart ❤

So sorry to hear of the passing of Peppy. She was my Phy. Ed. teacher and G.A.A. advisor at Waukesha High School.
It was her inspiration and determination that took me to LaCrosse to become a Phy. Ed. teacher. I had 35
enjoyable years teaching it. Thank you Peppy.
Rest in peace and we'll have that steak dinner when we meet again.

Advisor, teacher, coach, and friend describe ways you inspired and influenced in more ways than words can explain.
Thank you for gentle ways you helped us live and learn. Until we meet again, Class of '71 advisee

Peppy-
"To teach is to touch a life forever"--you will always be a bright spot in my heart! Thank you for the wisdom you imparted to the UN-L Physical Education Majors of 1969! We needed all the help we could get-I shall miss you!

Peppy,
First you were my teacher at Waukesha High School, South Campus.
In retirement, after you returned to Racine, you were my friend. After the diagnosis, we were able to do many things together. Two Brewer baseball games. My first Greek Festival in Racine, but not my last.
Our 45th class reunion for the Class if 61...you enjoyed walking around
talking to with your first students. We were seniors your first year of
teaching.
Golfed...too much else to mention. You took pride in telling all I was one of your first students. Then you always said I do not know if the were tougher on me or me on them.
All the females in the Class of 1961 loved having you as a teacher.
You made it fun...especially the GAA slumber party in the fieldhouse.
First you were my teacher. Then you were my friend.
You will always be with us in spirit.

Dearest Peppy,
I know you are at peace as I can see you now doing the "Greek Line Dance" in heaven. Your courage was an inspiration to me and I will remember all our special times together. I will cherish our friendship and remember you always.
Dr. Elizabeth Petrakis-"PEPPY" (I will truly miss you.)
