Ellen Dugan Obituary
Age 70
Council Bluffs, IA. Passed away on November 29, 2013. She was born in Grand Island, NE on January 8, 1943, to the late Lloyd Carlton and Ellen Elizabeth (Byrnes) Sprague. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Lois; and granddaughter, Melanie Koontz. Ellen is survived by her children, Jeff Koontz (Tami), Andrew Koontz (Michelle), and Wendy Ann Koontz; sister and bro-ther-in-law, Jane and Ron Goin; niece, Candace Coen; special grandchildren, Cheyenne Hanson, Jake Brown, and Thomas Brown; other nieces, nephews, and cousins, and a host of other family and friends.
VISITATION on Monday 6-8pm at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. FUNERAL SERVICE on Tuesday at 10am at the Funeral Home. Interment in the Garner Township Cemetery; followed by a luncheon in the Community Room at Hoy-Kilnoski. Memorials are suggested to: New Horizon Presbyterian Church; or the charity of your choice.
