All of my thoughts and prayers go to Ellen and her (our) family. She meant so much to my brother. I know she had a passion for animals. She also had a great passion for living. I enjoyed my talks with her and our annual Christmas exchange. It seemed like every year I drew her name. It was my pleasure to send a gift to someone who gave so much of herself to others.

Although he was completely insane, I'll forever be grateful to Ellen for bringing the crazy cat, Peewee, into my life. She was an angel for so many animals in need, for her parents, and for Rod. I hope we can all continue her legacy of helping those who need us most
My prayer are with my dear friend Ellen. She was a kind woman that always had a smile on her face. We will miss her and keep her forever in our heart
