Ellen E. Parsley, 82, of Pickerington, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Born on March 7, 1935 in Martin County, Kentucky, to the late Sam and Eva Endicott, she was a tireless minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Affectionately known as Mother Parsley, she was a founding member of World Harvest Church, where she faithfully served as Chief Operating Officer for over 30 years. Ellen is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Pastor Rod and Joni Parsley; grandchildren, Amy Michell King, Ashton Blaire Parsley, and Austin Chandler Parsley; brother, Edward (Joyce) Endicott; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, James Parsley and their daughter Debbie Sue Parsley-King, brothers Danny and Willis Endicott and sisters Clara Hale, Myrtle Jude, and Naomi Endicott. Mrs. Parsley's unwavering support was essential to the birth, growth, and continuing success of World Harvest Church, Breakthrough, and many other ministry entities. As a wife, mother, grandmother, advisor, confidant, and friend, her contributions have been inestimable and will be irreplaceable. Friends may visit from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at World Harvest Church, 4595 Gender Rd., Canal Winchester, OH 43110, where a funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, February 2, 2018, with Elder Bill Canfield officiating and Pastor Rod Parsley giving the eulogy. Interment service will take place in Warfield Cemetery, Warfield, Kentucky at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 3, 2018. Arrangements by DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, Canal Winchester. I will forever remember her asking me to sing by myself at the Jordan River. What a wonderful spirit-filled woman that could recognize the anointing of God. I will also remember the message she delivered about the ravens...the dirty birds. She delivered it with such power.
She was a mighty warrior on behalf of building the Kingdom of God in the earth!

So sorry to hear about Sister Parsley. I remember her praying for me years ago. I believe that prayer helped to change my direction. She was a woman of God and will be greatly missed. Praying for Pastor Rod, his family and all who new and loved her. Godspeed Mama Parsley you will be missed.

Mother Parsley was a tremendous influence in my life. She was a no-nonsense Christian who had a relationship with God that was inspiring, inclusive and energizing. Working with her was a most life changing experience. She prayed for me on a serious health issue and God totally turned that thing around. There are hardly enough words to describe "Mother Parsley'. I had two amazing encounters with her in the year of 2007, and one was a message from God. She discerns spirits, I know I saw it with my own eyes!, in 2007.
Family I mourn with you,I share your pain. The Lord promise us that He will keep us in Perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Him, because we trust in Him. Mother Parsley was a Great Woman of God.
