On Wednesday morning, October 19, 2022, Elliot Berry peacefully passed away at his home.
He was born September 26, 1958, in Canyon, Texas, to Mary Ann Dawdy Berry and Billy Jack Berry. On July 26, 1980, Jamie Todd Klock and Elliot Pasons Berry were married in Dumas, Texas.
He was a devout Episcopalian and lived a spiritual life. Elliot was larger than life, a loyal friend, who was a teacher and counselor to many. His wisdom and patience were evident in his life. Elliot could at times be a little ornery but always with a fun spirit. He was a collector of gadgets. He was adventurous, always willing to try out new experiences.
Starting in 1991, he was employed at Conoco-Phillips as a "SAP Specialist".
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Ann and Billy Jack Berry.
Left behind to forever cherish his memory is his loving wife of 42 years, Jamie; his sister, Chris Berry of Canyon; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and many friends.
A graveside service will be conducted Saturday, October 22, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. at Northlawn Memorial Gardens, Dumas, Texas, with David Williams officiating.
Services are entrusted to Brown Funeral Directors, Borger.

So sorry for your loss Jamie. I have very fond memories of Elliot. Our time working together at the refinery, Fritch EMS and the rescue team. I always knew we could rely on Elliot in a time of need. I enjoyed his humor and hearing about his current hobby. I know he will be missed. Prayers for you and the family.
