I would like to add one more thing ! If you know anything about the Roosevelt Student organization it was started by Raymon Smith, Dorphus, if you were a Friend you never called him Bert! He was from West Virginia originally, Perkins, and myself Marvin Holman Sr. Dorphus was on the Roosevelt ROTC Drill team and one of the best ever I loved him for he was my Brother. 2300 Maryland in the Basement. He will truly be missed. This is 2020 & I just found out. We you to walk from his home to see Tammy when She was a baby. My sincerest (late) condolences at the home-going of one so dear. It's a blessing to be loved. Family, please know that Roosevelt Class of 1972 was saddened to hear about Bert. Know also that we are praying for healing that only our maker can provide. God Loves you and so do we.
