DEVONSHIRE _ Elsie Jean January 7, 1928 - August 21, 2008 Elsie Jean Devonshire, beloved wife of Grant Stanford Devonshire of Calgary, passed away on August 21, 2008 at the age of 80 years. Jean was born in Edmonton, Alberta to Elsie and Albert Allbright. She was a loving wife and mother whose goal in life was to ensure the happiness of her family and friends. Jean was the beloved wife of Grant Stanford Devonshire; mother of Janet Dillon (Norman), Glynis Roth (Don), Virginia Neubeker (Bryan); grandmother of Christian, Ashley, Scott, Brooke, Bethany and Jeffrey; great-grandmother of Abbie, Hannah and Robert. She is also survived by nephews Roger and Butch. Jean was predeceased by her parents, brother Robert and sister Madge. Many thanks to the caring staff at the Extendicare Cedars Villa, Maple Unit and friends at Staywell Manor. A private family Service will be held.
