ENGELMANN, Emil Passed away peacefully on June 9, 2009 at Windsor Regional Hospital, Met Campus at the age of 81 years. Dear loving husband of Barbara (nee Galbraith) Loving father of Anne Tremblay and partner Robert Monney, John Engelmann and wife Marianne and Theresa Edwards and husband Adam. Adored grandfather of Eric, Brian, Kaitlin, Melissa, Margo and Dexter. Dear brother of Rose, Elsie and the late Hal. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Emil retired from the City of Windsor after 37 years of service as Personnel Director. Emil was a member of the 3rd Degree Knights of Columbus Council #9645 Most Precious Blood Church & 4th Degree Knights of Columbus Fr. Alphonsus Kerckaert Assembly #2289. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East on Friday, June 12, 2009 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers Friday at 7:30 P.M. together with the 3rd Degree K of C Council # 9645 & 4th Degree K of C Fr. Alphonsus Kerchaert Assembly #2289. Visiting will continue at Most Precious Blood Church (1947 Meldrum) on Saturday, June 13, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
