GEE-MARTINIUK, Emily
On April 30, 2017, Ms. Emily Gee-Martiniuk of Edmonton, went home to be with our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
She is lovingly remembered and missed by her daughter Maranda; her siblings, Shirley (Wade), Mel, Joyce and Ivan (Kathy); niece and nephew, Kara-Nicole, and Samuel; and aunts, uncles, cousins and many good friends. She was predeceased by her mother Julienne and her father Angus.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, May 7, 2017 between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. at Glenwood Funeral Home, South of Wye Road on Range Road 232, Sherwood Park. A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 8, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Beulah Alliance Church, 17504-98A Avenue, Edmonton. Interment will follow at Glenwood Memorial Gardens, Sherwood Park.

I just heard the saddest news that Emily passed away & my heart hurts for you Maranda and your family. Your Mom & I had the best visits when she would pop into our shop. She always updated me on what you were doing & was always so very proud of you and your accomplishments. Your Mom was a warm & fun loving lady. I will always remember her wonderful smile and the sound of her laughter.

Dear Maranda, Shirley & Wade, Melvin, Joyce & Ivan, we are so sorry to hear of Emily's sudden passing. We were all expecting her to pull through. Our deepest condolences to the Gee Family. I will miss her dearly, we were very close even though we live very far apart. I will treasure all the fond memories we had together, especially the family vacations that I was a part of. She can brighten up your day with that cheerful and funny personality that she exhibited. She is in a better place now along with her mom and dad.
