Emma Enderle Obituary
Friends and family may call on Tuesday, April 24, 2007, at St. Paul''s Ev. Lutheran Church, Town of Lomira, from 9:00 AM until the time of the service. The funeral service will follow the visitation at the Church at 11:00 AM with Rev. Darryl Kenagy officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul''s Cemetery.
The former Emma Josephine Brophey was born on June 2, 1916, in the Town of Erin, Washington County, the daughter of Henry and Anna (Nelson) Brophey. On April 17, 1938, she was united in marriage to Lawrence Enderle at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Hartford. Emma was a longtime member of St. Paul''s Ev. Lutheran in Lomira and a charter member of its Ladies Aid. She farmed with her husband in the Town of Theresa for many years.
Survivors include her two sons, James (Doris) Enderle of Theresa and Rev. Jerome (Janis) Enderle of Dix Hills, NY, 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Emma was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Lawrence in February of 1999, six sisters and a brother.
Memorials to St. Paul''s Ev. Lutheran Church are suggested in lieu of flowers.
The Murray Funeral Home of Horicon is serving the family.
