Emme Winkler Obituary
EMME (fka MARTHA ANN) Of Chicago, Illinois passed away peacefully in her home on Thursday, March 17, she was 51 years old. Beloved wife of James Hering and "one of a kind" mother to Olivia and Owen Hering. Emme was born in May of 1964 in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of John and Rita Winkler and sister to Paul Winkler. A celebration of Emme's life will be held on Saturday, April 2 from 3-6 p.m. at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, South Gallery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Emme Winkler Scholarship Fund at Bodhi Spiritual Center, www.bodhispiritualcenter.org/giving or the Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestra, www.cyso.org.

So heartbreaking to have just heard this news today!! Martha is my first cousin on my dads side as her mom is my dads sister. I would have come if I knew sooner. I have fond memories!! Keeping you all in my prayers!!!
