Billys family and my family [the Rameys]were friends when I was a youngster growing up in the Woody community. We would visit back and forth
and us kids would play together. My mother [Gypsie Ramey } and Billys mother Lola were good friends and visited each other often.
I would like to extend my deepest sympathy and condolences to the Family
