Eric leaves to cherish his memory a beautiful wife, Shagayla Duncan, of 21 years (married 16 years); one son, Dyvonta Duncan; daughters, Keishal, Tymmerria and Erica Duncan; devoted mother, Linda (John) Whitsey; father, Clarence Duncan; a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation 2-3 p.m. Saturday, September 6, with funeral to follow in The Living Word Community Church, 2304 Hobson Pike.

I am deeply saddened by Eric's passing. We were classmates at WCHS. Although I hadn't seen or spoken with him in years, he was always such a kind and gentle person and I know that didn't change. To his wife, children and entire family, you all are in my prayers. There is no sorrow that heaven cannot heal.
