Eric Goldstaub passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of the late Jutta Goldstaub. Loving father of Danny, Ron, and Peggy. Loving father-in-law of Bahar, and John. Devoted grandfather of Kate, Geoffrey, and Melodi. Honorary big brother to cousin Harry, and honorary dad to Juergen Burkhardt. Beloved companion of Dolly Kramer. At Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel, 2401 Steeles Avenue West (3 lights west of Dufferin) for service on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. Interment Beth Tzedec Section of Dawes Road Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.

I always knew Eric as "Uncle Eric" and to this day, that's how I thought of, and referred to him as.
When my mom worked for him many years ago, she used to bring my sister and I to work with her in the summer, and we used to do odd jobs, and Uncle Eric used to pay us with quarters! We thought we were doing something great, but we now realise that the adults were trying to keep us busy so we would stay out of trouble!
No matter what we got into, Uncle Eric would always look down at us and smile!
Keep smiling down on us Uncle Eric! We love you!

I have known Eric for most of my life .My siblings and I and grew up with his children. I also worked for him for a number of years and was always treated like family. To Danny, Ron and Peggy my condolences, treasure the memories and cherish them always.

Eric was a lovely man with wonderful stories, we will miss him at 65 Skymark and seeing him go for walks with his friend Mr. Bick.
