Eric was an amazing guy, I had the pleasure to work with him for many years and also be his friend. He always could make me laugh, and he has the honor of introducing me to my second favorite singer -Elvis! Eric was a truly great person who made an impact on everyone he came in contact with.

I am teared up typing this message.... It is tough to put down on paper the sadness I feel that you are gone. I always thought we would meet again as adults and laugh over our youngster days at option one. You were always so fun to work with and I wish I could hear your goofy giggle again.... Our families met years ago when Eric & our son Keith played youth hockey for The Chicago Jets. Great kid, kind, gentle & so very polite throughout his years. He was such a caring young man too. I am so sorry to hear about Eric's passing. You and your family are in my prayers. I have such fond memories of him. He was one of my son's roommates in collage and I will never forget when some of them came with us on a ski trip to Colorado. Eric was one of them. We all stayed in one condo and had so much fun. He was such a good guy. Cliff was the only name I really knew him by. I will never forget him.

As I type this my husband is watching something on Elvis downstairs...weird! ...ahhhh Elvis --he has left the building and is now at "Home" with his dear sweet Aunt. I know you will be having a great time scuba diving with Diane, maybe doing some salsa-ing and showing her some moves, playing hockey 24/7 and hopefully Diane is putting some slap shots on ya! I will miss the days of calling your office and you were always so nosey to find out what Donna & I were talking about! My thoughts and prayers go out to all the family. To Brynn & Keeley, I am so sorry for the pain you will endure but please remember that: 1) he will always love you no matter what; 2) you can always talk to him because he will be listening; and 3) he will always be your guardian angel. Cliffy was a great friend and will be missed. Our prayers and support to his girls and family. Hockey, NIU, Option One sales trips and Elvis were just a few of my favorite experiences with him.
