Eric Jozef Marx

MILLBURY__ Eric Jozef Marx, 18, of Millbury died Saturday, March 26, 2011, as a result of injuries sustained from a car accident. He leaves his mother, Robyn L. Jozefowski Marx of Millbury; his father, Adam N. Marx and his wife, Rev. Leslie Becknell Marx of Ashland, OR; maternal grandparents, Alexander J. and Dr. Joanne (Wondolowski) Jozefowski; paternal grandmother, Joanne (Trupin ) Marx of New Rochelle, NY; uncle, Alexander J. Jozefowski III of Millbury; aunt, Wendy Marx, MD and her husband, David Yasgur, MD of Katonah, NY ; brother, Aaron B. Marx of Ashland, OR; adored beloved friend, Briana Russillo of North Grafton; many close friends and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandfather, Alan Marx and uncle, Jonathan E. Marx (after whom he was named). Born in Boulder, Colorado, Eric moved to Millbury in 2005. He graduated from Millbury Memorial High School in 2010 and attended Quinsigamond Community College. He worked at Royal House of Pizza in W. Millbury delivering pizza where he was loved by both coworkers and customers. Besides his friends and family, Eric had a passion for cars. Specifically his 2004 Dodge SRT-4 fondly referred to as "The Whip". He was a special person to both peers and adults. People said that once you met Eric Marx, you had a friend for life. He had a smile that touched your soul. Eric greeted most everyone with a warm hug, which he was famous for, followed by contagious abounding energy! His love for life and sparkling qualities will be carried on by his family, friends and anyone else whose life was lucky enough to be touched by Eric. The funeral services will be private. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, March 30, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in Henry - Dirsa Funeral Home, 33 Ward St., Worcester, MA. Memorial contributions may be made to the Eric J.
