Eric Perez Obituary
Eric Perez, 26, of Vineland, passed away suddenly in an automobile accident on Sunday, Sept. 30, 2012.
Born in Vineland, he was a graduate of Vineland High School, Class of 2005, and was a lifelong area resident. He enjoyed playing battlefield on his PlayStation 3, spending quality time with his cousin Robert Carolla Jr ., they were like brothers, and his brother, mother and friends . The love of his life was his daughter, Amayah. Eric was an avid Dallas Cowboys football fan.
He is predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Felix Dominguez; paternal grandmother, Francisca Perez; paternal grandfather, Juan Valentin Perez; and his nephew, Angel Perez. He is survived by his mother, Miriam (Dominguez) Rivera of Vineland; his father, Edwin Perez of Puerto Rico; his daughter, Amayah Perez, 4 years old, of Vineland; brother, Edwin Perez Jr. of Chicago; his companion, Daliana Medina, who is expecting; maternal grandmother, Maria Gonzalez of Vineland; a niece, Natalie Perez, 1 year old, of Chicago; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at the DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Friends will be received on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and again on Friday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the family via the funeral home.

I miss you so much, it's so hard for me to be at our apartment with all of your clothes and belongings that meant so much to you. It's almost 2 weeks since you've been gone but I feel like I did when I had just opened the doors to the officers and received the worst news I've ever had to hear. I wish our baby would have had the chance to meet his/her daddy but I promise he/she will know who you were. I love you forever.

Eric: We do not know each other but I also lost my 1st born son Christopher when he was just 22 years young in 1993. Much too young just like you. My message is to your mother. I have felt your pain. 19 years later I live it every day. So it does not matter that me do not know each other. You and your family are in our prayers. Even though it has been a while that we have last saw each other, just know you will always be in my heart. I will always remeber the young man who had spirit to your heart and helped others. I remember first meeting Eric in 2002 when I was 13 years old. We had such good times in vineland high school hallways and the cafeteria. You always had me laughing and smiling. He was such a funny good hearted individual. He loved his daughter Amayah and always had a sence of humor. He always knew how to make someone cheer up even when they were down. The way I remember Eric is always happy really didn't let anything or anyone bring him down. Eric you may not be here but u will always remain in the hearts of all of us who know you.
