Erin Raizk

Erin Raizk, 39, passed away July 25, 2022 at her home in New Orleans after a six-month battle with cancer. She was surrounded by family and friends at her passing.

Erin was born on December 18, 1982 to Joni and Robert Raizk in Wilmington, Ohio.

After graduating from the School of Creative and Performing Arts of Cincinnati, Erin accepted an academic scholarship to attend Tulane University where she studied marketing and finance. Erin graduated with honors in 2004.

Erin's plans to pursue her Master's Degree at Tulane University were cut short by Hurricane Katrina and the university's temporary closure. She then moved to New York City where she had a successful career in commercial real estate leasing and residential real estate sales.

In 2014, Erin married Tim Lincoln of Cincinnati and the couple returned to New Orleans, where Erin established Raizk Design — a firm involved with corporate and wedding event planning services and interior design services.

Erin was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Alex and Marilyn Raizk of Wilmington.

She is survived by her maternal grandparents, Jim and Jo Abraham of Las Vegas; her mother, Joni Raizk of Cincinnati; her father, Robert Raizk and his wife Patricia McCartney of Las Vegas; and her younger brothers, RJ of New Orleans and Taylor of San Diego.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, August 6 at 2 p.m. at the Church of Paul and Sara, 818 6th St. in New Orleans.
