Erminia Pacheco

Erminia (Mota) Pacheco 88 of Fall River, formerly of Montaup St. passed away Sunday. She was the wife of the late Manuel Franco Pacheco. Born in Sao Miguel, Azores, she was the daughter of the late Angelina (Borges) and John Mota. A member of Good Shepherd Parish, she had worked as a Machine operator for Carousel and various other sewing shops. She was a member of the I.L.G.W.U. She is survived by 6 children John Pacheco ( wife Natalie) of Bristol, RI, Edward Pacheco (wife Natalie) of California, Mary Pereira (husband Roger) of Fall River, Margaret Raposo (husband Louis) of Westport, Agnes M. Pereira (husband Manuel) of Fall River and Natalie Sousa (husband Edward) of Dartmouth, 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Daniel Pacheco. She also leaves 2 sisters Josephine Pimental of Tiverton and Zelia Pacheco of Fall River along with several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Maria Pereira. Visitation Wednesday from 8 to 10:30am at the A F Almeida & Son Funeral Home 1309 Globe St Fall River prior to the Funeral Mass at 11am at Good Shepherd Church.
