Ernest Alspaw Sr.

Buck passed from this life on May 10th 2014 in his home, surrounded by family. He was born August 23rd 1934 in Mounds, Oklahoma to Ernest and Annabel Alspaw. They moved to California when Buck was only nine years old.
He met the love of his life at the age of fifteen; Buck and Nadine were married August 24th 1951. Buck hauled hay and worked in farming before beginning his career with Montgomery Wards. Retiring from Wards after eighteen years, he ventured out and started J & E Trucking Company. He also worked with several hay hauling and family owned tree service companies throughout his life.
Buck and Nadine were married sixty years when Nadine went to be with the Lord on August 17th 2012. Their home was always centered around God, and filled with love and laughter. Family was what they lived for the most, and the love they had was always felt.
Buck is survived by his two children Del Alspaw and LeAndrea Reeves. His five grandchildren D.J., Cameron, Sarah, Megan, Cassandra,and soon to be seven great grandchildren. Flowers can be sent to Mission Funeral Home.
Services will be held on Friday, May 16th 2014 at 10:00AM, at Truth Tabernacle located at 214 Hosking Rd.
