Ernest DiBello

DiBELLO, ERNEST 89, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on March 21, 2016 in Vero Beach, Florida. He was the loving husband of 66 years to Kathleen (Flanagan) DiBello. Born in Providence he was the son of the late Francesco and Cristina (Rossi) DiBello. He had owned and operated Ernest Beauty Salon for over 30 years in Providence. He was a clerk in Superior Court in Providence, was past Commander of the American Legion Post 56 Providence. Besides his wife he was the loving father of Ernest DiBello and his wife Leslie, and Jean Cacici and her husband Arthur. He was the adoring grandfather of Brian and Christopher DiBello and Nicholas and Stacey Cacici, the great grandfather of Landon, Lilyana, and Desmond DiBello.He was the brother of Elizabeth and the late Silvio, and Americo DiBello, Mary, Adeline, Esther, Lydia and Jennie. His funeral will be held on Tuesday March 29, 2016 at 9 A.M. from the A.A. Mariani and Son Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins St., Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 A.M. in St Pius V Church, 55 Elmhurst Ave., Providence. Burial with Military Honors will be in St. Francis Cemetery. Calling hours will be Tuesday morning 9 AM to 10:00 AM.
