Ernest Ray Foote

We met Ernie at American Legion Post #74 several times through our friends, Katherine and Mickey. Always enjoyed his smile, humor, and just a plain nice man. May he rest in peace.

I met Ernie through the International Festival. He was a wonderful person, always ready to help, very organized, and well prepared. I really enjoyed his witty sense of humor that often liven our meetings up. He will be greatly missed and he will be always part of the International Festival!

I so enjoyed Ernie's time at Casa de Modesto. Ernie would stop by my office and we would have such a good time joking around about everyday issues. I feel like I've known Ernie forever--I first met him at Village Bakery, discussing news and politics over coffee with the local denizens. He was always warm and funny and thoughtful. I was deeply saddened to hear of his death. I hope you find some comfort knowing he is with your dear mother, whom he loved so much.
