Sabrina, I never had the chance to meet Ernie in person. I have only witnessed the love you two shared through posts and photos. As a friend of Zac's I can tell that he was raised by two amazing people. I'm here for whatever you need. I'm just a few blocks away. Sending you and your family love and comfort.
Love, Page

Sabrina we are so sorry to hear of the passing of Ernie. My spouse Bret used to go to school with you and used to hangout and party with Ernie back in the day and always thought he was a great guy. Prayers for you, other family members and his friends during this time of sorrow.

Wow where do I start, so many memories, Florida, Myrtle Beach, Ocean City, I will miss those phone calls when the Cowboys beat the Redskins, or the "Hey get me a Coke" ant the whoever heard of Rum and Pepsi! But my favorite is when we were in Florida at Jim Hooks house and my bedroom had a tv and his didn´t, I feel asleep with the tv on and when he got up in the morning he was yelling "Hey Jim, Robert had the TV on all night long" we never laughed so hard! I will miss you my friend! Although I won´t like it, I will root for those Cowboys this year in your honor, ( except against the Redskins ) See you on the other side

Ernie was always carrying on and was the life of the party. He would be or stop by Ziggy Fireside Inn on Winchester Road, and if he saw me there, he would go to the jukebox and play "I shot the Sheriff but I didn't shoot the Deputy!" I loved it, and Ernie would be on the otherside of the bar pointing and laughing hard. Great memories and lots if good times with Ernie, truly sorry to hear of his passing. Rest in Eternal Peace my friend! Condolence and prayers to you Sabrina, the family, and friends!

Years ago, Ernie and Joey came over to level out our driveway. Taking away a dip that always filled with water. Then 4yo Jack walked up to Ernie and told him, "You took away my fishing hole!" I thought Ernie was going to cry. Actually he definitely teared up. For YEARS after, every time we saw Ernie he would ask how Jack was doing. I don't think I've ever met a sweeter man.
