Mother Charles went home to be with the Lord February 7, 2014. She was born on June 15, 1934, in Montgomery, AL, to the late Fred and Lizzie Peterson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Charles and son, Larry Charles. She leaves behind 2 daughters, Donetta and Genevieve; 2 sons, Terrell and Wayne; 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, and host of other family and friends. Funeral, 11am Sat., Feb. 15th at New Destiny Fellowship, 906 E. 16th St., Wilm; viewing 9-10:45am only. Burial, Gracelawn Memorial Park.
