Have fond memories of dinner at rotary with my husband Jack Woodacre and Ernie. I especially recall one
meeting where his most handsome grandson played the piano so beautifully. He was a gentleman and
his intelligence was immediately apparent. Another one of that great generation moved into eternity.

Ernest was a kind, caring, loving leader of family and business with ethics and fairness in his dealings with humanity. He is leaving a legacy of his likeness with his family members, treating others by use of the golden rule as they experienced in their lives.
Our son-in-law, Robert, another gem follows his :Dad's footsteps as does his son, Matthew whose leaderships continue the third generation of Ernest's creation of the business. Our daughter, Charlene has been Robert's efficient assist in all areas as did Michael, Danielle and Marina.
Ernest's daughters,
Susan, her husband', Steve, Analisa and husband, Eric and their families rendered all of the love and care necessary to comfort and happiness
God Blress you all. Lillian & Paul

Dear Guigli Family,
Ernest depicted the true meaning of a self-made man: his success was a product of his handwork, combined with his intelligence, determination, and love & devotion to his family.
He was a man of class and dignity. I was fortunate to have learned the business from men like Ernest and my Dad.
God Bless,
Paul R.

My condolences to the Guigli family. I never met Ernesto but my father is good friends with Bob and I'm sure Ernesto was as kind hearted and full of love like Bob is. I will say a prayer for Ernesto.

Jon, Angela, Annalisa, and Eric,
My grievances and sympathy go out to you and the whole family during this sad time. I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your grandfather and father. Ernesto was such a wonderful guy and he always put a smile on my face. I always enjoyed seeing him at Wellesley Day and the pancake breakfast and he greeted everyone with a nice warm smile.
