Esther Ann Richards, age 83, of Plano, Texas passed away on June 25, 2022. Esther was born February 24, 1939 to Fred Davis and Zedna Ann Newman in Sayre, Oklahoma.

Esther is survived by her husband of 37 years, Lynn Richards, her three children Craig Livergood and wife Pam, Catherine Costello and husband Tom Jr., and Kyle Livergood and Tina, her grandchildren Tiffiny Costello, T.R. Costello III and wife Nina, Caitlin Rivera and husband Edwin III, Forest Livergood and Hannah Livergood, Victoria Hamrick, Austin Mann, her great grandchildren Edwin IV, Bella, Vladimir, Lyra, Kai, Bodhi, Arbor. She is also survived by her nephew Brent and nieces Shannon and Tiffany.

Esther is predeceased by her parents Fred Davis Newman and Zedna Ann Newman, her brother Fred Newman Jr and the father of all three of her children Bruce Livergood.

Esther graduated from The Principia High School in St. Louis, Missouri. She attended Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma where she was a proud member of the Chi Omega Sorority. She stayed very involved with Chi Omega and became the president of the Oklahoma City Chi Omega Alumnae Association.

Esther pursued her real estate career inspired by her father and his successful home building and real estate endeavors. She paved the way for women in the workplace and became the successful broker-owner of Century 21 Esther Livergood Realtors. She was recognized and awarded many honors throughout her career such as Top Salesman of the Year, Million Dollar Club and Multi-Million Dollar Club just to name a few.

Her beauty, intelligence, love, creativity, positive attitude and feisty personality are missed greatly by all her loved ones.
