How saddened I was to hear the news of Eugene's passing. I have such fond memories of Eugene. I am a nurse at McLeod and Eugene was one of the first people I met when I started at McLeod over 10 years ago. He had a heart for people and always blessed my day by speaking to me and smiling. I also took care of him as a patient about 5 or 6 years ago on 7east. I always kept asking Eugene when he was gonna slow down and retire. He just always seemed to love his job and love the people that he worked with. I will ALWAYS remember Eugene and look forward to seeing him again in Heaven. May the Lord give you comfort and peace during this difficult time and may the wonderful memories sustain you through your grief. Leigh Anne Singletary

To the family of Eugene, May God give you the strength during this time of sadness. I worked with Eugene at McLeod and often saw him at the Quinby IGA, always smiling and asking "how you doing'.
