Happy Birthday Grandma-
I thought of you today, but that is nothing new.
I thought about you yesterday and days before that too.
I think of you in silence, I often speak your name.
All I have are memories and your picture in a frame.
Your memory is a keepsake from which I'll never part.
God has you in his arms, and I have you in my heart.

Was saddened to hear of my last aunt (dad's side). Aunt Eunice was indeed a treasure and how I remember her and Uncle Andy's visits to Wisconsin. She was a compassionate and wonderful woman who certainly earned her wings in heaven. God has a special place reserved for folks like her. Love you Aunt Eunice
P.S. I remember Doug, Marcia and Sherri came along several times too, hope all are well.

Grandma Bayer meant the world to me. I will miss our daily visits twice a day to feed her and give her, her favorite juice. The talks and memories that we shared, the strolls we took in the wheelchair, and when our visits would end, I told her I'll see you afterwhile and we would blow kisses at each other. As Grandma was slowly slipping away I would hold her hand and sing "You are my Sunshine". Even though she could'nt hear me I never stopped telling her I love you. She was the best Grandmother anyone could have, I'm proud to say she is "MY GRANDMOTHER".

There was a reason Grandma Bayer was left on this earth for 99 years. She touched the heart of so many people. The strongest and most amazing person I ever had the honor of meeting. She will always be in my heart.
Truly an Angel.

Marcia,
I was made aware of Eunice's passing by other friends whom worked at Countryside. I want you to know you are in my thoughts and prayers. I also want to thank you for allowing me to care for and be part of her life. She will be missed. As a nurse you get to care for people and you get such a connection Im honored to of had that for several years. She has her wings now.

Grandma Bayer welcomed me into the family with open and loving arms. She was sweet and kind and also funny. She always said what was on her mind; I loved that about her. I know she is in heaven now with a new healed body and enjoying eternity with my dad and other loved ones there. Love you Gram.

We will greatly miss Grandma. She was such an example of sacrificial living and loving for our family. She did so many things above and beyond what we could think possible. I am so thankful we were able to see her when we were in Michigan last October...and she got to meet my four-year-old granddaughter, Hannah. I know I will see her again someday in heaven, and that's such a comforting feeling. Grandma, I love you bunches.
