Evan Clark Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jul. 20, 2004.
Evan Allred Clark "Together Again"  Evan Allred Clark passed away July 15, 2004, surrounded by his loving family.  Evan was born March 16, 1913 to James Anna Allred and John Willard Clark in Lovell, Wyoming. Evan married Margaret Minnie Enes on July 26, 1941 in Seattle, Washington. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls Temple, August 15, 1963. Evan served in the U S Army 115th Calvary during World War II. Evan was a professional dry cleaner in Lovell, Wyoming and Owner of Dirk's Dry Cleaning in Salt Lake City. Evan was an active member of the LDS Church, serving in many callings. His favorite position was serving as a Stake Missionary. At the time of his death, he was a High Priest in the Orchard 2nd Ward in Bountiful. Evan loved family gatherings, going out to dinner and bar-b-ques on the patio. Evan loved the outdoors and was a wonderful fly fisherman from the Big Horns and North Fork in Wyoming to the Provo River in Utah. The Utah Jazz and BYU sports have lost their biggest fan! Evan was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and brother. He had a wonderful sense of wit and humor. He cared deeply for his family and was a devoted father. We will miss him everyday for the rest of our lives! Evan is preceded in death by his wife, Margaret; his parents; his sisters, Gwenivere and Alverean; brothers, Wilbur and John; and grandson, Evan.
