I remember as a little girl walking over to Ms. Evelyn's house playing with Teena and Agen and when Angie would walk over to my grandmother's house to talk with my aunts. I remember you all moving out, and Mrs. Doris and family moving in. I remember Old Slaughter Road back in the "great days". My prayers and sympathy goes out to the Ike/Langford families.

Hi, Cynthia, how are you? Fine I hope. I hope this email find you and your family in the best of health during this time of your breavement. I found out today of the passing of Evelyn. I am deepy saddened by this but I just wanted to let you know (especially you ) and the rest of your family, Mrs. Thelma , Doris and your brother that I am praying for you all. I am also praying for her kids and grandkids also. May God bless and keep each and every one of you. If God is willing I plan on attending the services. Know that God will dry all tears away because weeping only endurs for a night but please know that JOY will come in the morning. So be strong and God will sustain you all. God Bless.
