I was very sorry to hear from Mom about Dr. Cooch's death. I'll always remember him and his interest in migratory birds (especially the Lesser Snow Goose). Every time I look at a picture of ducks, I remember the story of him in an art shop asking "How much for the picture of the Hooded Merganser?", to which the clerk replied "You mean the duck?"
My thoughts and prayers are with the whole family.

No bond is as great as that between a parent and child. Our deepest condolences are with you as you grieve. Please know we have made a donantion to the Canadian Wildlife Federation to honour your father and his life's work.

As per Graham's wishes, he was cremated and a private ceremony was held.
