Farzin is a beloved friend and has been there for me and my family for 40 years. He and I always got together no matter what was happening for a birthday lunch. Our birthdays are just a few days apart. We have held this tradition sacred and there have been some memorable lunches like the day we sat eating and watched as the Feds stormed David Koresh's compound and it caught fire. Farzin and his whole family have been a part of my family's story. He will be missed! I'll still go to lunch and sit by myself this year and miss my friend.

Farzin was in our wedding party almost 33 years ago. He was my husband´s good friend. Farzin was kind, funny, and full of integrity. He will be missed.

I am saddaned about Farzins unfortunate and sudden dead. My and my sisters thoughts are with his family. I was visiting his house in 1992. He was a good and generals host. I keep all my good thoughts about him in my heart. Marlies Rustemeyer, Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany and her sisters Gisela. Rosemarie, Gabriele and her son Rene.
