She was a true GEM. She listened! Never judged... & we always laughed. Loved our jams, peace signs an our pets. Fun times, many but... not enough. Gone way to soon. I felt we had so many more good times ahead. God is in charge, may he be holding her in his arms at this minute. I will never forget ya

Remembering a time long ago when there were, for most of the time, three very close little girls. Felicia Parmer, Kathy Rolison and Carolynn Skindzier. A time when kids would run in and out of each other's homes without texting, knocking or asking permission. Raiding each other's cupboards looking for goodies and raising about as much hell as they could. Making great memories. I'll never forget these 3 amigos and the families. With love and sympathy, Susan Skindzier (the babysitter/Carol's sister)

Sending love to you all. Felicia always had a good hug at family gathers when growing up. My heart hurts as I know how loved and missed she is by family and friends. Love you xox
