FKA Pedersen Bobby Heartsong

Bobby passed in his sleep at the age of 55. He was born to Robert and Wilma Pedersen in Great Falls, MT. Bobby's father was in the military and he was able to see much of the country as a child before his father retired in the Oklahoma City area. Bobby had a gift for music and was a talented saxophone player which was first noticed in Oklahoma City when he joined the band at Western Oaks Jr. High and through his graduation from Putnam City West High School in 1977. Before moving to Colorado Bobby fostered his music worship gift at Full Gospel Assembly Church in Oklahoma City. Bobby spent the last three decades of his life in the Boulder / Longmont area working in the health care and music industries. He spent the last 2 decades as the office manager at Christopher Village Chiropractic in Louisville. Bobby was actively involved in the local community including organizing the annual coat drive for the Louisville Homeless Shelters & Services For The Needy and food drives for the Louisville, Longmont and Boulder Food Banks in which he participated over the last two decades. He also taught the Chiropractic Assistant certification class for the Colorado Chiropractic Association for the past 16 years. While both of his parents have passed, Bobby is survived by his partner Jaden Heartdancer of Boulder, his sister Suzette Pedersen of Yukon, OK, his brother and sister-in-law John and Melissa Pedersen of Los Angeles, and his niece Jessica Pedersen of Oregon. Bobby has many friends and an extended family throughout Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma and New York including his lifelong friends Dwight Cordes and Painless Wolf. Bobby brought out the best in everyone and truly cared when he asked "how is your day?" He will be missed. There will be a celebration of his life on Saturday, the 29th at Unity Church of Boulder from 11AM - 2PM. An additional celebration will be held in Oklahoma City in the next few weeks - date and location forthcoming.
