Florence Floyd Obituary
Florence Jean Burden Floyd, born September 6, 1930 in Detroit, Michigan, passed away at home after a long battle with cancer on June 20, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie (Bill) Virgil Floyd and a daughter Linda Joyce Floyd. Also preceding her in death were her parents, Ray Burden and Notie Davis Burden and her two brothers, Garner Burden and Harold Burden. She is survived by her daughter, Dr. Brenda Floyd and grandson, Robert Floyd-Williams. Pall bearers are James Burden, Jacob Burden, David Burden, Kenneth Ralston, Terry Webb, Tod Webb, and Brandon Turbeville.
