It is November, 2024, and still that sweet face and voice is alive in something more than just memory. Just this weekend, saw one of Aunt Betty's grandchildren and she was spoken of again, seen and heard again, eternally returning. Love to you Aunt Betty, a pittance in return of what you gave always so freely.

Dearest Mama, thank you for being you and giving me love and understanding and helping me learn what unconditional love is. You are in my heart everyday of my life and I try to be more like you everyday although I never quite succeed to your heights. It is my goal to get a bit closer to that goal. On this day of remembrance please know I pray the rosary that you loved everyday in honor of the best Christian Jesus could have known. You lived his truths. Rest in peace until I see you again. Love you forever, Dee

Mama is missed everyday of my life. I sometimes start to call her to tell her what is happening or ask her advice and brag about my wonderful son or complain about life's travails which she always understood. She gave me love, confidence, support and a deep foundation that has helped me my whole life. Now she lives in my heart as she does in so many other hearts. Heaven is lucky to have her and I know St. Peter saw her trailing clouds of golden glory long before she arrived at the Pearly Gates and he probably said, "Get ready, here she comes. Tell-a-Betty has arrived." Rest in Peace, Mama.

It is June already, hard to believe, and I still can't bring myself to remove Aunt Betty's phone number from my cell phone. I can still hear her voice floating through the air as I run to catch the phone. She was brilliant. Is brilliant. She was so deeply, genuinely and rarely KIND. The most loving and embracing woman, who practiced Catholicism in a truly Jesus way, in an inexpressible way. How did she do that?! She was at once childlike and yet with a clever wit and piercing eyes. Mostly, she used her keen intelligence better to seek out those who needed help or a Good Word, better to love those around her. And she was Hilarious and uplifting. How huge was her heart...I cannot fathom. She was and remains a source of joy and light always.

My Aunt Betty was one of the sweetest, most loving people I will ever know. She made everyone around her feel loved and accepted. Even though she was in terrible pain later in life, she was always a positive light in the lives of those she touched. She was the cornerstone of our family, and we will all miss her terribly.

My Mother was the most loving person I have ever met and she made a difference in the World to anyone who was lucky enough to have crossed her path. She never met a stranger and she always found something in everyone to love. We joked that she could nurture a rock back to life. We miss her terribly. My son Damien Parker and I adored her.

I can hardly even begin to truly express how wonderful my grandmother was as a person. She had nothing but kindness for everyone and a tremendous amount of love for those who were lucky enough to be close to her in life. She will always be deeply loved and greatly missed by many. I am so incredibly thankful to have had her in my life and to have been able to call her my Granny.

My grandmother was the most selfless person I have ever known. She would instantly become friends with total strangers and help anyone in need be it family, close friends or new acquaintances. I will always be grateful of everything she has done for me and the rest of my family.
