Dear Elaine and family, please know that we are thinking of you and your family at this time of loss. I am so thankful you had time to visit with your dad before his passing. There is a very special bond between a daddy and his daughter. I don't care how old you are. They light up when you walk in the room and tell you how beautiful you are. Remember the great times and know your dad will always be in your heart. Love you. Kristin johnston

I am always saddened by the death of a family member. It is from this sadness that a feeling of gratitude emerges. I feel honored to have known uncle Pete and blessed that their passing serves as a reminder to me that my time on this beautiful earth is limited and that I should seize the opportunity I have to forgive, share, explore, and love. I can think of no greater way to honor the deceased than to live this way.
