To Frans' Family:
I truly do not know what to say. I am so very, very sorry for your loss. Unfortunately, Fran and I have not had contact for sometime, but she was often on my mind. I will never forget the "time" we had in Mexico during Hurricane Gilbert.
Fran was a always a fun person to be in company with and I will never forget the laughs.
Certainly, Fran will be missed by many, but always remembered.
